Welcome! My name is Laurel and I have been decorating cakes over the past 20 years. I am also a Wilton Method Hall of Fame Instructor and I teach cake decorating classes. (more about me)
My cakes are made with only the freshest ingredients. I have many different cake flavors to chose from, such as carrot cakes, butter cakes, dark chocolate, hazelnut and Kahlua fudge cakes, and many different icings, including traditional buttercream, fondant, rolled buttercream, fresh whipped cream, chocolate ganache, white chocolate ganache and more.
I fill my cakes with many choices of fillings including fresh fruits, whipped cream, ganaches, just about anything your heart desires!
Special dietary needs are taken into consideration. Cakes can be made without eggs, sugar, flour, or other dietary restraints. Please feel free to discuss your special needs.
