Dogwood, Brown Eyed Susan, Dahlia, Hibiscus
Week 6
Latticework and Final Cake
In this five session course you will learn how to make over 20 new flowers that are not taught in the current Wilton classes and new techniques for adding these flowers into your cake decorating. The final project will be putting together a magnificent floral arrangement on cake using the flowers you will be making
PRE-REQUISITES:
1. You must be proficient in making Royal icing.
2. You must have completed all three Wilton courses within the past two years OR currently proficient in making sugar flowers using both the flower nail and lily nails.
3. You must be dedicated, organized and be responsible for bringing the proper supplies to class every week.
4. You must be able to commit to the five sessions as there are NO REFUNDS! (If you miss a session there is no makeup however you can still complete the class with the sessions you can attend)
