This cake was made for the grand opening of a chic boutique in Mamaroneck, NY. It was a double layer (9x13" & 12x18" white layer cake with chocolate mouse filling. Iced in almond buttercream and decorated with corneli lace and a chocolate buttercream shell border. Cake is trimmed with 5lbs of hand-made chocolate seashells and sealife, dusted with edible luster and pearl dusts and garnished with crushed graham cracker crumb coating and silver dragee pearls. The logo lettering was done in milk chocolate.
