SCULPTED CAKES

This is a darling Strawberry Shortcake "Garden"  The giant strawberry is sculpted from cake.  Customer purchased matching mini decorated cupcakes to go along with the theme

This is a Lion King diorama.  Pride rock is made by sculpting cake to form the shape of the mountain.  The little rock pebbles are edible chocolate river rocks the characters are little PVC figures from a local toy store

This is a sandcastle cake with edible chocolate "kiddle" dolls.  I made the sandcastle to reflect a child-like creation, as if the dolls built it.  The cake was accompanied with a tray of matching chocolate sea shells, which were also scattered on the cake.
